Rallie for Family and Friends

When someone you love wants to remain at home, it can be difficult to know how to help. You may notice small changes — a parent avoiding stairs, a spouse moving more cautiously, or a loved one struggling with tasks that used to feel simple — but feel unsure what to suggest or how to begin the conversation without making them feel pressured or diminished.

Rallie helps families and close supporters bring structure, clarity, and care to the aging-in-place process. We work with the individual and the people who know them best to understand current needs, future risks, daily routines, caregiving realities, and practical home modifications that may support independence, comfort, and safety.

Our solutions may include aging-in-place consultation, home safety and accessibility recommendations, design guidance, renovation planning, and construction coordination. Depending on the home, this may involve bathroom modifications, safer entries, lighting updates, flooring adjustments, stair or threshold solutions, improved circulation paths, or caregiver-friendly layouts.

We approach each home and family dynamic with respect, patience, and discretion. Our role is not to take over, criticize, or force change, but to create options, reduce overwhelm, and support thoughtful decisions while keeping the aging individual’s dignity and preferences at the center.

Our process begins with a guided survey completed by the individual, family, close friends, caregivers, therapists, or healthcare providers. From there, we review the full picture, identify priorities, and recommend the next step — helping turn care and concern into a thoughtful plan.
