About Rallie

Rallie was founded by Amanda Stone with a belief that home is one of the most meaningful places in our lives. It is where routines are built, memories are made, independence is practiced, and identity is preserved. As we age, the desire to remain at home often becomes even more important - but the home itself may need to evolve to continue supporting the person living in it.

Amanda’s connection to this work is personal. Her mother had a stroke when she was in kindergarten, giving her an early understanding of how quickly health, independence, and daily life can change for an individual and the people who love them. Her grandmother continues to live at home in her 90s, offering a meaningful example of the dignity, comfort, and identity that can be preserved when a person is supported in the place they know best.

Amanda thinks about the brevity of life every day - not in a pessimistic way, but in a grounding way that highlights the opportunity each season offers. From a young age, she understood that being alive is a one-way journey, and we are all traveling it together. Rallie grew from that perspective: that we should help one another live with as much dignity, connection, comfort, and agency as possible.

Through her work in design, construction, family life, and community-building, Amanda has seen how overwhelming it can be for individuals and families when a home no longer fully supports someone’s needs. A fall, diagnosis, surgery, mobility change, caregiving shift, or the realities of aging can quickly turn daily routines into daily challenges. Even proactive families can struggle to know what is needed now, what may be needed later, and how to prioritize changes in a thoughtful, practical way.

We will navigate the changing seasons together, with Rallie.

Rallie was created to help people navigate that next chapter at home — with clarity, care, dignity, and support.

Rallie exists to bring clarity to that process.

As Certified Aging in Place Specialists in Middle Tennessee, Rallie helps individuals, families, care partners, and healthcare providers evaluate the home, understand current and future needs, and create a plan for safer, more comfortable, more independent living. Our work combines consultation, design guidance, and construction coordination to help extend the years someone can live at home with dignity.

We begin by listening. Our process starts with a guided survey that may be completed by the individual, family members, friends, therapists, healthcare providers, or others who understand the person’s daily life. From there, we assess routines, risks, mobility, accessibility, caregiving realities, and long-term goals. The result is a prioritized plan that may include simple adjustments, targeted modifications, or larger renovations.

Aging in place is not just about safety equipment or home repairs. It is about preserving the familiar rhythms of life. It is about helping people continue to move through their homes with confidence. It is about supporting families before decisions become urgent. And it is about honoring the truth that we are all aging — and that thoughtful planning can help make the years ahead more livable, connected, and meaningful.
